Is everything in the catalogue in stock?
Watches are sourced to order. If yours isn’t available, you’re refunded in full.
Do you ship outside Jordan?
Yes, to the destinations in our country picker, with tracking. Within Africa, we ship only to Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.
What does delivery cost?
Free throughout Jordan; US$70 to other supported destinations. Import duties and taxes aren’t included.
Can I choose another bracelet?
Yes, from the options on the watch page. Options marked “Request only” need our confirmation first.
Can you find a watch that is not listed?
Yes. Send a photo, reference or description through Request a watch.
How do I pay?
Western Union, Remitly, bank transfer or crypto (USDT or USDC). You pay after ordering, and your order is held for 72 hours.
What happens if something is wrong?
Message us with your order number and photos before sending anything back.
