How buying from ORVIAN works, in plain words.

ORVIAN is an independent watch business in Amman, Jordan. We are not affiliated with any of the brands shown. Talk to us on Instagram at @official_orvian.
What we sell
The catalogue is superclones: watches made to the design of the original, not by its brand and not genuine. Specifications come from the listing and are confirmed for your exact piece. Genuine watches are a separate sourcing request.
Images
A watch’s first image is an illustrative render of that configuration, not a photograph of the piece you will receive. Where we have them, photographs of the listed watch follow it, and your order page can show photos of your exact piece before it ships.
Ordering and paying
Adding a watch to your bag doesn’t reserve it. When you place an order, the amount to pay is worked out in US dollars and shown on your private order page with the payment details; the order and its price are held for 72 hours. A crypto payment counts once it is final on the blockchain and sent to the address on your order page; a bank transfer, Western Union or Remitly payment counts once we confirm it arrived. Transfer and network fees are paid by the sender. Prices in other currencies are a guide. We never ask for card details.
If a watch is unavailable
Catalogue watches are sourced to order. If yours turns out to be unavailable, or we find we can’t ship to your destination, we tell you before it leaves us and refund what you paid in full.
Delivery
Every order ships tracked. Delivery is US$70, or as shown at checkout for your address. Import duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are not included.
Customs and import
You are responsible for your country’s import rules, and for any duties, taxes or fees it charges. Once an order has left us, ORVIAN is not liable if customs, border or postal authorities delay, inspect, hold, seize or refuse it, and that does not entitle you to a refund or a replacement.
If something is wrong
Message us with your order number and clear photos before sending anything back, and we put it right with you. Return and exchange terms for a particular watch are confirmed in writing if you ask before you order. Nothing here limits the rights you have where you live.
